Returns and Refunds Policy
At Essence of Egypt, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibilty for returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received it. + In the original packaging, including all seals and labels intact. + Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe for returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund. + If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards + Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded) + Products marked as final sale + Opened or used products (unless they are defective)
Process for returns: Email our customer service team at mm@eoegp.com with your order number and reason for the return. + Return Authorisation: Wait for our customer service team to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. + Shipping the return: Once you receive the RMA number, send your product to: Essence of Egypt Ltd, Marathon House, Olympic Business park, Dundonald, KA2 9AE, along with the RMA number. + Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. + We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. + If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. + Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. + Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. + If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mm@eoegp.com.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mm@eoegp.com and send your item to: Essence of Egypt Ltd, Marathon House, Olympic Business Park, Dundonald, KA2 9AE
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. + If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mm@eoegp.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
