Delivery Policy

Order Processing:

Confirmation: Upon placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation with order details and an estimated delivery date.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping methods and rates:

Standard:

Domestic UK:
Normal: 2-4 business days, £4.55 flat rate, shipped by Royal Mail, tracked 24, (no signature).

Next-day: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm £10.35 (signed for).

Free Delivery: (in the UK only): on all orders over £40.00

Delivery timeframes: Delivery times are estimated based on average transit times provided by our carriers. Unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors are beyond our control. + On next-day Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

International shipping:

Please contact our office on 0800 023 6252 and we will discuss best option. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for such delays.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to UK only. However, certain skincare products may have shipping restrictions based on international regulations. Customers will be notified if any items in their order cannot be shipped to their location.

Delivery Issues:

Lost packages: If a package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Change of address: Customers must notify us of any address changes before their order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses.
